Regional Trauma Advisory Committees (RTACs)

Once again, several scholarships for conference registration fees are available through the RTACs. After receiving approval from your RTAC contact person (listed below), please fill out the Registration Form after reviewing the Agenda and fax to 45th Parallel Events at 406-994-0046. You may also email the form to tricia@45pr.com.

If you are in the Eastern RTAC, contact Lanny Orr of Billings Clinic for scholarship approval, 406-435-1581, LOrr1@billingsclinic.org. We are able to offer 4 scholarships per facility, and they need to be approved by the Trauma Coordinator at your facility. We would like it if there was a nurse and a pre-hospital provider per facility.
If you are in the Central RTAC, contact Lauri Jackson of Benefis Hospitals for scholarship approval, 406-455-4458, laurijackson@benefis.org. Central RTAC will be able to sponsor up to 6 people per facility/agency. If you are interested in obtaining a registration scholarship, email Lauri your name, email address and facility/agency, and she will send you a registration form to fill out and return to HER. In order to register with a scholarship, your scholarship needs to be approved by Lauri, and she will email you once you are approved.
If you are in the Western RTAC, contact Kandace Natz of Providence St. Patrick Hospital for scholarship approval, kandace.natz@providence.org. We are able to offer 8 scholarships per WRTAC facility and 8 scholarships per EMS transporting facility. These will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.

Scholarship recipients CANNOT register online! You must fill out registration form and either fax or email to 45th Parallel.
